Payment schedule and damage deposit?

100% of the payment is due at the time of booking, with a full refund offered if cancelled 30 days in advance. 0% refundable if cancelled within 30 days.

A damage deposit of $500 will be charged upon the day of arrival, and released 3 days after departure.
